ATG 2026 Festival Pricing and Registration

Please read all of the information below before starting registration at the bottom of this page.

Things to keep in mind:
- You need to make your hotel reservation separately.  Hotel Reservation Link.
- Evening concerts will be held at Libby Gardner Hall on the campus of the University of Utah.   It is a 9 minute drive from the hotel to the concert hall. You can drive your own vehicle or purchase a bus pass for $79 during the registration process.

Registration Options:

Full Package:

ATG Member Early Bird Price (Price will increase April 1, 2026): $560

ATG Non-Member Early Bird Price (Price will increase April 1, 2026): $635 

Youth Price (Age 19 and Under): $299

    

The Full Package allows entry into every festival activity for a single price.   

The only thing NOT included is the bus pass for transportation to Libby Gardner Hall for the evening concerts.

Packages include:

- 4 breakfast vouchers to the hotel restuarant

- 3 Lunch Buffets (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

- Friday Night Banquet

- Nightly Concerts at Libby Gardner Hall on the campus of the University of Utah

- Workshops

- ClubATG Open Mic Night

- Competition Viewing

- Wednesday Night Social 

- Festival Orchestra Participation

- Souvenir Festival Program

Spouse/Significant Other Package:

Early Bird Price (Price will increase April 1, 2026): $499

​

This pacakge is meant for the spouse/significant other of someone who has already purchased the Full Package above.  The spouse/significant other is defined as someone living at the same address as the person purchasing a full pacakge.  This package includes everything that a full package includes.

Youth Competitor Package:

Free for youth competitors.  Does NOT include meals.

For youths (Age 19 and under) who are entering solo or duet competition categories.  This allows the competitor and two chaparones free entry to everything except meals.  If the competitor would like to participate in the meals, they can be ordered individually.  Note that registering for the competition categories is a separate process.​

​​​Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to attend the festival or compete.

​

Packages Do NOT Include Bus Transportation from the hotel to Libby Gardner Hall.   

Bus transportation is a separate fee of $79 that needs to be purchased as an indivual item during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will not include any credit card or transaction fees

Prior to May 15th:  100% refund

May 16th - June 15th: 50% refund

Cancellations after June 16th can not be refunded

​
