ATG Festival Registration Pricing Options:

You have 2 options for registering for the ATG festival:

  1) Package Option:  You can save money by registering for all fesetival events as a package.

  2) Individual Item Registration:  You have the option to register for single festival items/events.

  

 

Package Registrations:

All packages include:  Registration, Festival Brochure, Competition Viewing (not including entry fees), Festival Orchestra Participation, Workshops, Exhibits, 5 Concerts, Wednesday Meet & Greet, 1 Lunch and 1 Banquet. Does not include open-bar gatherings or bus transportation.

     (round trip bust transportation from hotel to Wheaton College Venue for 3 days)

Individual Item Registration:

If you do not plan to attend all events, you can select individual events.

Registration includes: All Workshops, Competition Viewing (not including entry fees), Wednesday
Concert, Friday Afternoon Concert, Orchestra Participation and a Festival Program. Does not include
Wednesday Meet & Greet, open-bar gatherings or bus transportation.

NOTE: Individual evening concert tickets can only be purchased through the Wheaton College Venue.  A link to purchase tickets will be set up in the future.

Cancellation Refund Policy:​

Prior to June 20th,  100% refund.
Between June 21st and July 3rd,  75% refund.
Between July 4th and July 11th,  50% refund.
Between July 11th and July 18th,  25% refund.
Cancellations after July 18th will not be refunded.
