ATG 2024 Festival Pricing and Registration

EARLY BIRD PRICING AVAILABLE UNTIL MAY 1st.   Prices go up after May 1st.

Before starting your registration process, we recommend that you review and understand the various registration options. 

​

You can register for festival packages or a-la-carte individual festival events. 

​

A package is the easiest and most cost effective option for attending the festival.  

After reviewing the pricing options, you can begin registration at the bottom of this page.

​

The Companion Package is meant for spouses/companions of festival attendees and it requires that you have also purchased a Full Package.

The Youth Competitor Package requires that the youth (19 and under) register for a solo or duet competition.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to attend the festival or compete in any category.

The Competitor Family Package allows up to 4 family members of the competitor to attend the competition viewing, daytime events,  and nightly concerts.

Evening Concerts, the Festival Orchestra Rehearsals, and the Friday Original Music Concert will all be held at the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) White Recital Hall.

ATG is offering round-trip coach bus transportation from the hotel to UMKC for $109. 

Bus service includes up to 14 different trips for orchestra rehearsals and concerts.

Packages Do NOT Include Bus Transportation from the hotel to UMKC.   Bus transportation is a separate fee of $109 that needs to be purchased as an indivual item during the registration process.

​

If you choose to drive your own vehicle to the daytime festival rehearsals, then you will need to purchase a UMKC parking permit for Thursday and Friday during the registration process ($14).

Individual Item Registration:

If you are not purchasing a package because you do not plan to attend all events, you can select individual events.

​

One day pass:  $120 for ATG Members, $130 for non-members

Individual Meet & Greet Ticket: $45

Individual Friday Lunch Buffet: $55

Individual Saturday Banquet: $75

Cancellation Refund Policy:​

Prior to June 20th,  100% refund.
Between June 21st and July 3rd,  75% refund.
Between July 4th an
d July 11th,  50% refund.
Between July 11th and July 22nd,  25% refund.
Cancellations after July 22nd will not be refunded.
