ATG 2025 Festival Pricing and Registration

Please read all of the information below before starting registration at the bottom of this page. If you plan to attend the entire festival, the Full Package is your best choice.
Things to keep in mind:
- You need to make your hotel reservation separately. Hotel Reservation Link.
- Evening concerts will be held at Wheaton College. You can drive your own vehicle there (free parking) or purchase a bus pass for $79 during online registration.

Full Package:
The Full Package allows entry into every festival activity for a single price. This is the best value. All meals, concerts and activities are included. The only thing NOT included is the bus pass for transportation to Wheaton College.

Spouse/Companion Package:
For the spouse or companion of someone who is purchasing a full package. This includes everything that a full package includes.

Youth Competitor Package:
For youths (Age 19 and under) who are entering solo or duet competition categories. This allows the competitor free entry to everything except meals. If the competitor would like to participate in the meals, they can be ordered individually during the registration process. Note that registering for competition is a separate process.​

Youth Competitor Family Package:
This allows up to 4 family members of a youth competitor entry to everything except meals. Meals can be added individually during the registration process. If there are 4 family members or less, this one pacakge covers all family members.

Single Day Pass:
This allows entry for the day purchased to everything except meals. It includes the evening concert for the day. Meals can be added individually during the registration process.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to attend the festival or compete.

Packages Do NOT Include Bus Transportation from the hotel to Wheaton College.
Bus transportation is a separate fee of $79 that needs to be purchased as an indivual item during the registration process.

​Individual Item Registration:
Individual meals can be added for the following prices:
Individual Thursday Lunch Buffet: $60
Individual Friday Banquet: $75
Individual Saturday Lunch Buffet: $60

Cancellation Refund Policy:​
Refunds will not include any credit card or transaction fees.
Prior to June 20th, 100% refund.
Between June 21st and June 30th, 75% refund.
Between July 1st and July 7th, 50% refund.
Between July 7th and July 14th, 25% refund.
Cancellations after July 14th will not be refunded.
